Pioneer PM offers a $550 referral bonus to any Licensed Colorado broker who refers a client that signs up for full service management and rents their home through Pioneer PM. For clients who choose our tenant placement only service, a $350 referral bonus is paid once the home is rented through Pioneer PM.
