Application Instructions
A PROPERTY SHOWING IS REQUIRED BEFORE APPLYING by AT LEAST 1 Applicant that will be residing in the home (no exceptions). IF YOU HAVE NOT COMPLETED A SHOWING PLEASE SCHEDULE NOW.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
At least one applicant, if there is more than one, must physically view the residence before we will accept an application for tenancy. Only one application or application group will be allowed to apply at a time.
Portable Tenant Screening Reports (PTSR): As defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; Applicant provides a PTSR, Pioneer Property Management is prohibited from: charging Applicant a rental application fee; or charging Applicant a fee for Pioneer Property Management to access or use the PTSR. Applicant has the right to provide a PTSR that is not more than 30 days old.
*Please note that there are multiple forms of credit reporting. Pioneer Property Management uses a FICO2 score. Please ensure that you verify your credit score from a reliable source prior to applying, such as:

After your showing is complete, please request the application instructions via email to Info@RentMePioneer.com (Please allow 24 Hrs for response, Weekends/Holidays Excluded)
Please be prepared with your documentation for submission. The screening process can take up to 5 business days to process.
